Your new Online Banking experience is here!

We’re excited to announce that our Online Banking system has gotten even better! The enhancements we’ve made will mean an improved, streamlined banking experience for you. You’ll see a fresh, new look, with a sleek, updated interface designed to optimize your banking experience online.

What Has Changed?

Our Online Banking platform has a new, modernized look and a higher level of responsiveness. All of your account information, including your Bill Pay payee information, has been transferred over to the updated system.

NOTE: The first time you log in to the updated system, you may be prompted to change your password.

This current change only impacts our Online Banking system for personal accounts. Our Business Online Banking system is not changing at this time.

Navigating the Enhanced Online Banking System

Accounts Overview Page

When you log in to the newly enhanced Personal Online Banking platform, the first page you'll see is your Accounts Overview page, with a different look and setup than before.

The default view is "Card View" (shown above), with the information for each of your accounts presented on a separate card/tile. The card/tile includes balance information as well as links for related tasks (Transfer, Documents) when applicable.

You may switch to "List View" if you prefer, by clicking on the blue List View icon in the upper right corner.

The menus for deeper information dives and completing your banking tasks appear along the top edge of the page. Below is a breakdown of your new menu options.

Accounts Menu

The Accounts menu includes:

  • Overview: click to get back to your Accounts Overview page
  • Details: shows current account transactions. The default view shows all transactions for the last 30 days. Use the Search link in the upper right on the Details page to change the time period (up to 90 days), type of transactions shown, or to search for a specific transaction.
  • Documents: to change your statement delivery preferences.
  • Reports: to request your account transaction history for prior time periods.

Move Money Menu

The Move Money menu includes:

  • Transfer: to transfer funds between your accounts.
  • Bill Pay: use to send payments anytime, or set up AutoPay.
  • Zelle: connect to your Zelle app to make person-to-person payments out of your Parkway Bank account.

Self Service Menu

The Self Service menu includes:

  • Self Administration: to change your password or username.
  • Alerts: to set up email alerts that notify you when specific account activities occur.
    NOTE: To receive alerts by text, you must be enrolled in Mobile Banking.
  • Stop Payment: submit a request to stop payment on an outstanding check.
  • Account Maintenance: allows you to set up specific names for your accounts online, and change accounts to "Hide" or "Show" mode.

Tools Menu

The Tools menu includes:

  • Check Reorder: click this link for easy check reorders.
  • Financial Calculators: this link redirects you to our website page with online calculators that assist you with determining the amount of interest you can earn on deposit accounts, loan payment amounts, or how to reach your savings goals

Questions & Answers

When is the Online Banking system being updated?

During the month of October, 2024.

What types of changes are being made?

We are converting to an updated version of our Online Banking system for personal accounts. After the conversion, when you log into Personal Online Banking, the screen will have a new look, with a higher level of responsiveness. You'll be able to perform the same banking tasks as before, and all of your account and Bill Pay information will already be switched over to the new system.

Will my password or User ID change?

Your User ID will stay the same. You may be prompted to change your password, or it may stay the same.

Will my Bill Pay payees convert to the new system?

Yes, all of your current Bill Pay information will be transferred over to the new system. The Bill Pay feature will now be accessible under the Move Money tab.

Will the Online Banking system be down during conversion?

There should be no downtime associated with the conversion to the new system. However, it is possible that if you are logged into Online Banking at the exact moment that your account is transferring over, you may experience a temporary glitch.

Is the Mobile Banking system changing at this time?

There are no changes being made to our Mobile Banking system during the October conversion of our Online Banking platform.
